有人认为蚊媒在感染疟原虫后,其生命活动会发生变化,在制定蚊虫防制战略和策略时必须考虑及此。本文研究了在不同孢子生殖期疟原虫对被感染蚊虫生殖能力发生影响的可能性。作者用埃及伊蚊-鸡疟模型观察了原虫发育初期(血餐后2~3天)、卵囊发育完成期(血餐后6~7天)和子孢子进腺后分别对蚊媒的第Ⅰ、第Ⅱ和第Ⅲ生殖营养周期的影响。实验和对照组蚊媒在每日散光照射4小时的条件下用常规法饲养。2~5日龄成蚊喂以患疟雏鸡血,对照组则喂以同批健康雏鸡
Some people think mosquitoes infected with Plasmodium, its life activities will change, in the development of mosquito control strategies and strategies must take into account this. This article studies the possibility that reproductive capacity of infected mosquitoes may be affected by malaria parasites during different stages of sporulation. The mosquito media of the experimental and control groups were fed by conventional method under the conditions of astigmatism for 4 hours daily.
