从1993年6月开始,九大国有企业H股陆续在香港上市.这九大企业分别是:青岛啤酒股份有限公司、上海石油化工股份有限公司、广州广船国际股份有限公司、北人印刷机械股份有限公司、昆明机床股份有限公司、马鞍山钢铁股份有限公司、仪征化纤股份有限公司、天津渤海化工(集团)股份有限公司和东方电机股份有限公司(以下分别简称青啤、石化、广船、北人、马钢、昆机、仪征、渤海和东电).此举措显示几点意义:(1)中国改革开放坚定不移并已进入国际性的实际运作;(2)中国企业将按国际标准要求自己;(3)连带其他国有企业向国际惯例演进;(4)促进国有企业转变机制;(5)加深国际性信息流入的浓度;(6)输出中国稳定的信息,有利于1997年香港平稳回归及繁荣;(7)掌握国际股市运作程序及技巧;(8)拓展国际股份制试点,发展完善国内股票市场;(9)直接冻结闲散外资等.
Since June 1993, the nine state-owned H-shares have been listed in Hong Kong in succession: Tsingtao Brewery Co., Ltd., Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Shipyard International Co., Ltd., Beiren Printing Machinery Co., Ltd., Kunming Machine Tool Co., Ltd., Maanshan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., Yizheng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd., Tianjin Bohai Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd. and Dongfang Electric Corporation (hereinafter referred to as Tsingtao Brewery, People, Masteel, Kunming, Yizheng, Bohai and East Power.) This measure shows several meanings: (1) China’s reform and opening up are firm and have entered into international practical operation; (2) Chinese enterprises will follow international standards (4) promote the transformation mechanism of state-owned enterprises; (5) deepen the concentration of international information inflows; (6) export China’s stable information is conducive to the stability of Hong Kong in 1997 Return and prosperity; (7) master the procedures and techniques of international stock market operation; (8) expand the pilot of international joint stock companies and develop and improve the domestic stock market; and (9) directly freeze idle foreign capital.
