本刊讯近日,黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市昂昂溪区法院开庭审理了一起生产、销售伪劣化肥农药案。被告人郭某、白某因生产不合格的化肥与农药并进行销售,其行为已构成生产、销售伪劣产品罪,法院将择日宣判,犯罪嫌疑人将为其生产假化肥、假农药的行为承担法律责任。被告人郭某在昂昂溪区水师营镇租赁了一处厂房,以齐齐哈尔绿都肥业有限公司、齐齐哈尔骄阳肥业有限公司、齐齐哈尔市黑土地有限公司的名义生产化肥、农药,并雇用被告人白某为其管理工厂生产。二人将同一配方同一批次
