利用真空抽气压缩装置获得柑桔大实蝇［Ｄａｃｕｓｃｉｔｒｉ（ｃｈｅｎ）］雌成虫释放的性信息物质，经过二氯乙烷溶剂洗脱得到性信息素提取液。室内生物测定结果表明：该提取液对大实蝇雄成虫具有明显的性兴奋刺激反应，如摆动触角、频频振翅、腹部翘起、伸出抱握器等，两种室内测定方法的反应率分别达９５％和９３３％。该结果为进一步探明柑桔大实蝇性信息素成分、结构及人工合成性诱剂提供了依据。
A vacuum extraction and compression device was used to obtain the sex pheromone substance released by female adult Dacuscitri (chen), which was eluted with ethylene dichloride solvent to obtain the sex pheromone extract. The results of indoor bioassay showed that the extract had obvious sexual excitement response to the male adults of Drosophila melanogaster, such as oscillating antennae, flutter wings, abdomen tilt and extensor grip, etc. The response rates of the two indoor methods were Up to 95% and 933%. The results provide the basis for further identification of sex pheromone components, structures and synthetic lures in citrus.
