目的掌握新疆2016年从事放射工作人员外照射个人剂量水平及分布情况。方法选取自治区当年从事放射工作人员2 710名,采用热释光方法对外照射个人剂量进行监测并汇总统计。结果 2 710名放射工作人员受照人均年有效剂量为0.43 mSv/a,其中剂量最大的为从事核医学的人员(0.80 mSv/a),其次是从事介入放射学的人员(0.59 mSv/a);99.11%以上放射工作人员年有效剂量低于5 mSv/a;低于1 mSv/a及测量系统探测下限的人员分别占88.08%和3.21%。结论 2016年新疆放射工作人员的防护条件较好,外照射人均年有效剂量处于较低水平。应当加强5 mSv/a以上人员,特别是从事核医学和介入治疗人员的放射防护知识培训,进一步降低工作人员的受照剂量。
Objective To understand the personal dose level and distribution of radiation exposure workers in Xinjiang in 2016. Methods A total of 2 710 radiological workers were selected from the autonomous region. The personal dose of external radiation was monitored by thermoluminescence and the statistics were summarized. Results The per capita effective dose per day for 2 710 radiation workers was 0.43 mSv / a, of which the highest doses were those engaged in nuclear medicine (0.80 mSv / a), followed by those engaged in interventional radiology (0.59 mSv / a) ; The annual effective dose of radiation workers above 99.11% is less than 5 mSv / a; those below 1 mSv / a and the detection system of measurement system account for 88.08% and 3.21% respectively. Conclusion In 2016, radiation workers in Xinjiang had better protective conditions and the per capita annual effective dose of external irradiation was at a relatively low level. Radiation protection knowledge training for nuclear medicine and interventional personnel, especially those above 5 mSv / a, should be strengthened so as to further reduce the dose to workers.
