我公司从1981年7月开始使用三台5DA8×4离心式水泵供水,经多年使用水泵性能较好。但在检修中常发现导翼的三个固定螺钉松动、磨损或折断。造成导翼松动,导翼翅打碎,使泵内杂音大,减少了出水量,甚至不能运行。如没有备件修复,就影响送水。几年来曾更换水泵导翼多次。在检修中,发现主要原因是:(1)导翼的3个固定螺钉直径小,导翼上
