博物馆在中国已有逾百年的历史。如今中国有超过四万名的博物馆工作者,他们都致力于保护与传播非物质遗产。本文检视了政府近年来在保护非物质文化遗产方面的诸多努力,包括组织多次讨论,立法计划与保护中心,高校在传播民族文化遗产或非物质文化遗产方面所起的作用等。本文还探讨了在《上海宪章》的签署和近来中国公布非物质文化遗产名录之后,博物馆在保护非物质人类文化遗产方面可以扮演的角色。在市场开发环境中,非物质文化遗产的缺失也已成为遗产保护中的核心问题。总之,本文将视角集中于中国生态博物馆的近期发展,在强调保护与参与的同时也注重非物质文化遗产的基础与前景。
Museum in China has more than a hundred years of history. Today there are more than 40,000 museum workers in China, all of whom are dedicated to the protection and dissemination of intangible heritage. This article examines the many efforts the government has made in safeguarding the intangible cultural heritage in recent years, including organizing multiple discussions, legislative planning and protection centers, and the role played by universities in spreading national or intangible cultural heritage. This article also explores the role museums can play in protecting the intangible human cultural heritage, following the signing of the Shanghai Charter and the recent announcement by China of the list of intangible cultural heritage. In the market development environment, the lack of intangible cultural heritage has also become a central issue in heritage protection. In summary, this article focuses on the recent development of the Ecosystem in China, emphasizing protection and participation while laying emphasis on the foundation and prospects of the intangible cultural heritage.
