我院1955～1977年的23年中,因酒精中毒伴发精神障碍而住院者仅13例,占同期住院病人的0.83‰;而1978～1986年9年中,同类住院患者则有52例,占同期住院病人的6.4‰;比前23年增加7.7倍。提示酒精中毒已成为值得重视的社会医学问题,应引起精神科医务人员及有关方面关注。现将50例有随访资料的慢性酒精中毒精神病报道如下。
In our hospital from 1955 to 1977, only 13 cases were hospitalized due to alcoholism with mental disorders, accounting for 0.83 ‰ of hospitalized patients in the same period of 1955 to 1977. In the 9 years from 1978 to 1986, there were 52 hospitalized patients of the same type, Accounting for 6.4 ‰ of inpatients over the same period; an increase of 7.7 times over the previous 23 years. Prompted alcoholism has become a social and medical issues that deserve attention, should cause mental health staff and concerned parties concerned. Now 50 cases of follow-up data chronic alcoholism mental illness is reported as follows.
