我想借这个文艺研讨盛会之机,谈点对建筑的浅陋看法,因为建筑毕竟也算一门“艺术”。有幸能参加这样一个从多领域、多方位对文艺问题研讨的会,我是很高兴的。会议的主题是对于楚文艺的研讨,这就更令人精神振奋。因为楚文化被认为是“与宗周文化……混合成中国文化的主流”。它在先秦时代的中国虽然只居于“亚文化”之列,却是世界上第一流的,足与希腊文化并相媲美。作为一个普通的建筑设计人员,我实在没有多少议论好发,自感浅薄而又惭愧,我只想简略的说上两点。一建筑是科学,因此不要走向玄学
