目的研究新型显微外科血管吻合套管吻合微小血管的有效性与可行性.方法应用自行研制的显微外科血管吻合套管吻合离体狗股动脉,吻合血管时,血管经套管表面纵行缺口置入套管内腔,将血管断端管壁翻转套在套管末端外,然后再将另一血管端套在已翻转的血管壁上,沿套管表面的针槽进行均匀缝合.吻合后的血管可再经套管表面纵行缺口取出.结果实验组平均吻合时间为13.45 min,对照组为25.40 min,经统计学分析,P“,”Objective To Study the availability and feasibility anastomosing micro blood vessels using a innovative microsurgical blood vessel anastomosis sleeve.Methods The dead dog' s femoral arteries were anastomosed by using an innovative microsurgical blood vessel anastomosis sleeve developed by ourselves.The blood vessel prepared for anastomosis was put into the innovative microsurgical blood vessel anastomosis sleeve through the longitudinal gap on the sleeve,and its' end was everted onto the innovative microsurgical blood vessel anastomosis sleeve,before it was going to be anastomosed.Then another end of blood vessel was covered on the surface of the everted end of the former one.After these were done the sutures were finished uniformly through the longitudinal grooves on innovative microsurgical blood vessel anastomosis sleeve' s surface.Finally the sutured blood vessel was drawn out from the innovative microsurgical blood vessel anastomosis sleeve through the longitudinal gap on the sleeve,which would be removed out of the body after the operation finished.Result The average anastomosing time is 13.45 min in study group and 25.40 min in control group,and the analysis of these data is of marked statistic significance by spss 11.0 software.Unobstructed ratio and leakage ratio are respectively 100%and 0 in study group and 90%and 15%in control group.Conclusion Anastomosing the dead dog' s femoral arteries by using an innovative microsurgical blood vessel anastomosis sleeve developed by ourselves accelerates the anastomosis speed and increases unobstructed and successful ratio and decreases leakage ratio of anastomosis obviously.Transfixion sutures of anterior and posterior blood vessel walls are avoided absolutely.The anastomosis effect is satisfactory and stable.The innovative microsurgical blood vessel anastomosis sleeve can be removed out of the body after the operation finishes,which conduces to save the material and avoid the side effects.
