1989～1993年经武汉口岸出入境人员约28656人,按国境检疫要求,对上述人员进行疾病监测体检,经血清学检查发现异常者1526例,检出率为5.32％,其中HBsAg阳性1106例;SGPT阳性384例;RPR16例,抗-HAV阳性20例,抗-HIV阳性1例。通过对异常者年龄、职业等分析,基本上了解湖北省出、入境人员的健康状况,明确了今后检疫工作的重点及防治措施,对提高工作效率及控制传染病的传播均有重要的指导作用。
About 28,656 immigrants from Wuhan port from 1989 to 1993 were investigated. According to the requirements of quarantine inspection on the border, 1526 cases of abnormalities were detected by serological examination. The detection rate was 5.32%, of which 1106 were HBsAg positive. SGPT positive 384 cases; RPR16 cases, anti-HAV positive in 20 cases, anti-HIV positive in 1 case. Through the analysis of the age and occupation of the anomalous people, it is essential to know the health status of the outbound and inbound persons in Hubei Province and to clarify the key points of the quarantine work and the prevention and cure measures in the future, which will play an important guiding role in improving work efficiency and controlling the spread of infectious diseases. .
