目的探讨应用沐舒坦治疗新生儿肺炎的临床疗效及其血气指标的变化情况。方法选择2011年4月至2014年4月医院收治的140例新生儿肺炎患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各70例。对照组给予吸氧、吸痰、纠正酸碱平衡、解痉、抗感染等一般对症治疗,研究组在对照组治疗基础上联合应用沐舒坦。比较两组患儿临床疗效,治疗前后机械通气、通气时间、住院时间、氧疗时间与PCT、IL-6水平变化情况,以及治疗后1、8、12、24h时段动脉血气指标变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后,研究组总有效率87.1%显著高于对照组67.1%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,研究组的机械通气、通气时间、住院时间、氧疗时间均明显减少(P<0.05);研究组各时间点血气指标、血清PCT、IL-6水平改善程度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用沐舒坦治疗新生儿肺炎临床疗效确切,能显著改善患儿血气指标,有效降低血清PCT、IL-6水平,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mucosolvan in the treatment of neonatal pneumonia and its changes of blood gas indexes. Methods A total of 140 neonates with pneumonia admitted from April 2011 to April 2014 in our hospital were selected as research objects and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method. Control group were given oxygen, suction, correct acid-base balance, antispasmodic, anti-infective and other general symptomatic treatment, the study group in the control group based on the combined application of mucosolvan. The clinical curative effect, mechanical ventilation, ventilation time, hospitalization time, oxygen therapy time, PCT and IL-6 levels before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The changes of arterial blood gas index at 1, 8, 12 and 24 hours after treatment were also compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in the study group was 87.1%, significantly higher than that in the control group (67.1%, P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the mechanical ventilation, ventilation time, hospital stay, (P <0.05). The levels of blood gas, serum PCT and IL-6 in the study group were better than those in the control group at each time point (P <0.05). Conclusion Mucosolvan is effective in treating neonatal pneumonia. It can significantly improve the blood gas index and reduce the levels of serum PCT and IL-6, which is worthy of clinical application.
