研究了 3Cr2 W8V钢基体离子镀 Ti N涂层在 5 0 0~ 70 0℃的高温磨损性能。利用 XRD法分析了涂层的相结构 ,用划痕法测定了涂层的结合力 ,并用 SEM观察分析了磨损形貌和磨损机理。结果表明 :随温度升高 ,Ti N涂层和基体的磨损率及摩擦系数均上升。Ti N涂层的高温耐磨性优于 3Cr2 W8V基体。涂层的主要磨损机制为粘着转移磨损和磨粒磨损
The wear behavior of 3Cr2 W8V steel substrate TiN coating at high temperature of 500 ~ 700 ℃ was studied. The phase structure of the coating was analyzed by XRD. The adhesion of the coating was measured by scratch method. The wear morphology and wear mechanism were analyzed by SEM. The results show that the wear rate and friction coefficient of TiN coating and matrix increase with increasing temperature. The high temperature wear resistance of Ti N coating is better than that of 3Cr2 W8V substrate. The main wear mechanisms of the coatings are adhesion transfer wear and abrasive wear
