利用可控热氛围燃烧系统提供的稳定均匀温度场,使用高速摄像机研究丙烷/柴油混合燃料的稳态喷雾特性。研究了不同混合比例、背景温度和喷射压力下混合燃料的喷雾发展过程和相关喷雾特性参数的变化规律。结果表明,相对于纯柴油燃料,丙烷/柴油混合燃料喷雾在形态上有明显差别,丙烷含量增加,喷雾的最大贯穿距离减小,喷雾锥角变大,少量的丙烷添加,变化就极为明显。背景温度对纯柴油和混合燃料的喷雾参数的影响趋势相同,最大贯穿距离和喷雾锥角随背景温度的升高而减小,其中丙烷/柴油混合燃料对背景温度的变化更为敏感。
The steady-state temperature field provided by the controlled-atmosphere combustion system was used to study the steady-state spray characteristics of propane / diesel hybrid fuel using high-speed camera. The variation law of spray development process and related spray characteristic parameters of mixed fuel under different mixing ratio, background temperature and injection pressure were studied. The results show that the propane / diesel mixture has obvious morphological difference compared with pure diesel fuel, the content of propane increases, the maximum penetration distance of spray decreases, and the angle of spray cone becomes larger. The addition of a small amount of propane is very obvious. The effect of background temperature on the spray parameters of pure diesel fuel and mixed fuel tends to be the same. The maximum penetration distance and spray cone angle decrease with the increase of background temperature, and the propane / diesel fuel is more sensitive to the change of background temperature.
