RAFT即可逆加成—断裂链转移,它能够成功的实现自由基聚合的活性/可控性。本文以咔唑二硫代甲酸苄基酯为RAFT试剂,合成了丙烯酸十八酯,丙烯酸异辛酯的均聚物,以及丙烯酸十八酯-丙烯酸异辛酯嵌段共聚物。本文在实验中建立了测定单体丙烯酸酯聚合转化率的方法并利用DSC测定了各聚合物的结晶特性,以此反映聚合物的结构特征。
RAFT reversible addition - fracture chain transfer, it can successfully achieve free radical polymerization activity / controllability. In this paper, benzyl carbazole dithiocarbamate was used as RAFT reagent to synthesize octadecyl acrylate, isooctyl acrylate, and octadecyl acrylate-isooctyl acrylate block copolymer. In this paper, we established a method for the determination of the conversion of monomer acrylate polymerization, and measured the crystallization characteristics of each polymer by DSC to reflect the structural characteristics of the polymer.
