目的 :探讨沙眼衣原体 (CT)感染对上皮细胞系Hela细胞产生IL 8和IL 10能力的影响。方法 :采用细胞培养法和ELISA法 ,对感染CT的Hela细胞上清进行IL 8和IL 10检测。结果 :CT感染的Hela细胞IL 8和IL 10分泌量随感染剂量增加而增高 ;感染 2 4h后 ,IL 8和IL 10开始显著增加 ,72h达高峰 ,以后开始下降 ,虽然热灭活CT(HI CT)也能诱导IL 8和IL 10表达 ,但诱导水平显著低于感染组。结论 :CT感染能诱导Hela细胞大量分泌IL 8和IL 10 ,并且呈时间和剂量依赖性 ,此种作用可能与CT入侵、细胞内复制有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection on the ability of IL-8 and IL-10 in the epithelial cell line Hela. Methods: The cell culture and ELISA methods were used to detect the IL 8 and IL 10 levels in the supernatant of Hela cells infected with CT. Results: The secretion of IL 8 and IL 10 in CT-infected Hela cells increased with the increase of infection dose. After 24 h infection, IL 8 and IL 10 began to increase significantly and peaked at 72 h, then began to decline. Although heat-inactivated CT CT) also induced the expression of IL-8 and IL-10, but the induction level was significantly lower than that of infected group. Conclusion: CT infection can induce large amount of IL-8 and IL-10 secreted by Hela cells in a time-and dose-dependent manner. This effect may be related to CT invasion and intracellular replication.
