《四川省物业管理条例》(以下简称《条例》)已由四川省第十一届人民代表大会常务委员会第二十九次会议于2012年3月29日通过,自2012年7月1日起施行。任何一部物业管理法规颁布,都不是凭空产生的,都体现着当下阶段行业的新理念和新思维。《条例》的颁行是四川省物业管理行业新的认识、新的探索和新的实践的成果结晶,虽然只有七十九条,却闪烁着物业管理的创新思维。
The Property Management Regulations of Sichuan Province (the “Regulations”) was approved by the 29th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Eleventh People’s Congress of Sichuan Province on March 29, 2012, and effective from July 1, 2012 Execution. Any promulgation of property management regulations, are not created out of thin air, all reflect the current phase of the industry’s new ideas and new ideas. The promulgation of the “Regulations” is a result of the new understanding, new exploration and new practice of the property management industry in Sichuan Province. Although there are only 79 pieces, the innovative thinking of property management is flashing.
