针对秦山第二核电厂1、2号机组运行初期发生的主环路温度计的典型故障,通过对温度计进行解剖和材料分析、与其他核电厂对比分析、试验室和现场振动分析,确定主环路温度计的故障原因,提出处理方案。结果表明,温度计失效原因为套管的强度不够大,套管与温度计发生碰撞导致温度计末端损坏和破裂;温度计外壁加环改进方案可有效解决故障问题。
Aiming at the typical failure of the main loop thermometer occurred in the operation of Unit 1 and 2 of Qinshan No.2 nuclear power plant, the main loop was determined through the anatomy and material analysis of the thermometer, comparative analysis with other nuclear power plants, laboratory and on-site vibration analysis Thermometer malfunction causes, put forward the solution. The results show that the cause of the failure of the thermometer is that the strength of the casing is not big enough, and the collision between the casing and the thermometer causes the end of the thermometer to be damaged and ruptured. The improved solution of the external wall of the thermometer can effectively solve the problem of failure.
