采用肾盂压力容积测定(Whitaker法及改良Whitaker法),经造瘘管肾盂造影、静脉尿路造影(TVU)及肾图等方法对20例肾盂成形术后患儿进行检查。结果证明肾盂压力容积测定能准确地反映上尿路是否梗限及梗阻程度,可以监测肾盂成形术后输尿管吻合口狭窄的保守治疗效果,并提示是否需要再次手术治疗;IVU及肾图易受肾功能损害及肾盂扩张的影响。诊断上尿路梗阻尤其伴有肾功能损害及肾盂扩张者,肾盂压力容积测定较IVU及肾图准确。
