一台三洋51cm(20英寸)彩电(83P机芯)在收看过程中由扬声器发出无规律的“喀喀”声,严重时无法听清伴音,而图像始终正常。经检查是IC_(101)(M51354AP)内伴音部分损坏,换新块固然可排除故障,但丢弃仅部分损坏且较贵的集成块实在可惜。笔者用一块小板对IC_(101)进行局部代换获得成功。小板可自制,笔者从长城牌JTH343—1型黑白机废板上锯下的伴音部分(不包括分立低放)作为小板。为满足电子音量控制的要求,在小板的恰当位置焊上三极管BG(2SC1815)、电阻R_1和R_2(1kΩ),并使2JC_1
