本文全面提出林业生态工程防护体系的定义，对其内涵进行分析，并据此剖析了该防护体系生态环境价值的经济机制，探讨了生态环境价值经济评价的理论基础，揭示了各种措施利用效果的经济表现，使生态环境价值以劳动消耗同劳动产出的对比关系的形式反映出来，以具体的经济指标，提出了林业生态工程防护体系生态环境价值的经济评价方法。
This paper presents a comprehensive definition of the protection system of forestry eco-engineering and analyzes its connotation. Based on this analysis, the economic mechanism of the eco-environmental value of the protection system is analyzed, the theoretical basis of eco-environmental economic evaluation is discussed, and the effects of various measures The economic value of ecological environment is reflected in the form of contrast between labor consumption and labor output.
