由北京市秘书学会负责承办的“鼎天杯”第三届全国秘书学与秘书工作论著评奖活动及颁奖大会于1998年12月10日在北京昌平召开,参加会议的有各省市自治区秘书界的领导和专家学者,有在这次评奖中获奖论著的作者,还有北京市委的领导和有关方面的负责同志共80余人.为了加强秘书工作交流,进一步繁荣和发展我国秘书学理论研究,全国部分省市自治区秘书学会负责同志和秘书学界的一些专家于去年5月在京开会,决定由北京市秘书学会承办第三届全国秘书学
