教研员评课五字诀

听课评课是教研员的常规工作,是教研员指导教师改进教法,提高课堂教学效率的重要手段和途径。它具有重要的导向作用。从某种意义上讲,教师的教学水平能否迅速提高,与教研员评课质量的优劣和指导水平的高低密切相关。因此,教研员评课必须讲究质量,注重教学效果,切忌随心所欲,华而不实。下面介绍教研员评课的五个要点,与同志们商量,以求共同提高。 1.高。即评课的立足点要高。教研员应根据教学改革的要求,从教学理论的高度来评议教师的每一节课.要善于运用新观点、新理论从宏观上为教师们的课堂教学导向指路。不仅要指导教师应该怎样教,而且要从理论上阐明为什么要这样教,让教师从培养新型人才的目标着眼,科学地处理教材,设计教法。不论什么样的课都不能一味就课论课,更不能捡芝麻丢西瓜。当然,强调“高”,并不是让评课者去高谈阔论,纸上谈兵, Classroom assessment is the routine work of teachers and researchers.
