本文采用多维随机动态规划,解决三库七个水电站联合优化调度的问题。根据实例条件,对其中两个水库制定了“同步蓄放”的拟优原则,使三库问题概化为两库的数学模型。文中针对库群调度中某个水库受到极限水位制约,不能按指示决策工作的情况,首次提出了一种新的补偿调度原则,以此来指导优化策略的选择。同时,对相应的寻优方法也作了改进。从时历操作结果对比来看,优化效益显著。可见模型的概化和应用是成功的。
In this paper, a multidimensional stochastic dynamic programming is used to solve the problem of joint optimization scheduling in three reservoirs. According to the conditions of the examples, the principle of “simultaneous storage” was formulated for the two reservoirs, and the three-bank problem was generalized into the mathematical model of the two reservoirs. In this paper, for the first time, a reservoir is restricted by the limit water level and can not work according to the instruction. For the first time, a new compensation scheduling principle is proposed to guide the selection of optimization strategies. At the same time, the corresponding optimization method has also been improved. Comparison of the results from the calendar operation point of view, the optimization benefits significantly. The generalization and application of the model are successful.
