本着进一步探讨如何加快海南外向型经济的发展,加强与港澳经济合作关系的目的,我们就有关问题提出一些拙见。一、从亚太经济发展的大趋势来进一步认识海南发展外向型经济的重大意义以前我们主要是从三个方面去理解海南建省办特区的重要意义的:一是加快海南的经济开发建设,改变贫穷落后的面貌,赶上国内经济发达地区,以利于我国四化的实现,以利于加强民族团结,以利于巩固国防:二是有利于台湾回归,实现祖国统一大业。海南岛面积3.41万平方公里,与我国第一大岛台湾
With a view to further exploring ways to speed up the development of an export-oriented economy in Hainan and to strengthen the economic cooperation with Hong Kong and Maucao, we put forward some humble opinions on the relevant issues. First, we must further understand the great significance of developing an outward-looking economy in Hainan from the general trend of economic development in the Asia Pacific. Before, we mainly understood Hainan’s important significance of establishing and running a special economic zone from three aspects. First, we accelerated the construction of Hainan’s economic development and changes Poverty and backwardness so as to catch up with the economically developed areas in the country in order to facilitate the realization of the four modernizations in our country in the interest of strengthening national unity so as to consolidate national defense. The second is that it is conducive to the return of Taiwan and the great cause of reunifying the motherland.
