如果说打造中国经济升级版的根本在于发展方式的转变,那么,推动发展方式转变的最直接动力则来源于创新引起的经济效率的持续提高,因此,创新便成为打造中国经济升级版的关键。创新的类型和方式有许多,但总体上可分为技术创新和制度创新两方面。技术创新,既包括原始创新、集成创新,也包括引进技术及其再创新,是推动经济结构升级的基本支撑。
If the key to building an upgraded China economy lies in the transformation of the development mode, then the most direct driving force for the transformation of the development mode comes from the continuous improvement of economic efficiency caused by innovation. Therefore, innovation will become the key to creating an upgraded version of China’s economy. There are many types and ways of innovation, but in general they can be divided into two aspects: technological innovation and institutional innovation. Technological innovation, including both original innovation and integrated innovation, as well as introduction of technology and its reinventing innovation, are the basic supports for promoting the upgrading of the economic structure.
