本试验在《北京地区春季观光采摘型花椰菜品种比较试验》基础上,进行了观光采摘型花椰菜营养品质比较试验,引进白色、黄色、紫色、绿色、宝塔和松花型6种类型的国内外花椰菜品种15个,测定这15个花椰菜品种花球中蛋白质、胡萝卜素和钙等11个营养指标的含量,发现白色和松花型两类花椰菜品种的营养指标数值差别不大,但是与其余四类彩色花椰菜品种营养指标数值差别较大,而且这四类彩色花椰菜品种的营养指标数值还有一定的规律性。
Based on the comparative experiment of spring sightseeing picking cauliflower varieties in Beijing area, the experiment was conducted to compare the nutritive qualities of sightseeing picking cauliflower varieties and introduce six kinds of domestic and foreign cauliflower varieties of white, yellow, purple, green, pagoda and pine flower 15, the content of 11 nutrition indexes including protein, carotene and calcium in the flower bulbs of these 15 cauliflower varieties were determined. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the nutritional index between the two varieties of cauliflower, but with the other four kinds of color cauliflower Variety of nutritional indicators of large differences in values, and these four kinds of color cauliflower nutritional value of the numerical index there is a certain regularity.
