李忠人,男,汉族,中共党员,硕士生导师,1959年9月生,山西阳高人,现任中北大学党委书记。1982年1月山西大学历史系历史学专业毕业留校任教,历任历史系副主任、教务处副处长、组织部部长,2008年10月任山西大学党委副书记。2014年3月任山西省教育厅党组成员、山西省高校工委副书记。2015年12月任中北大学党委书记。主要从事高校党建、世界近现代史、非洲史研究。先后发表党建
