人才是企业发展的第一资源。对于煤矿而言,人才是推进煤矿安全高效可持续发展的坚实后盾。人才匮乏是造成煤矿事故长期得不到有效遏制的重要原因,也是造成煤炭工业增长方式粗放、科技水平低、安全事故多发、资源浪费严重、环境治理滞后的关键因素。如何做好专业人才队伍建设,培养、吸引和使用好人才,是煤矿企业必须深入研究的一个重要课题。
Talent is the first resource for enterprise development. For coal mines, talent is a solid backing to promote safe, efficient and sustainable development of coal mines. Lack of qualified personnel is an important reason why coal mine accidents can not be contained effectively for a long time. It is also a key factor that causes the extensive growth mode of coal industry, low level of science and technology, multiple accidents, serious waste of resources and lagging environment. How to do a good job in building a contingent of qualified personnel and cultivating, attracting and using qualified personnel is an important topic that must be studied in depth by coal mining enterprises.
