本文介绍离心泵“机辅设计”中的机械优化设计技术,阐述该优化设计的数学模型的建立方法,简述所采用的优化方法,并对优化结果作了分析。所采用的优化程序能在CCS-300微机上运行。只要输入相应的原始参数,计算机便能自动选择设计离心泵所需的一组较优的设计参数。这为离心泵“机辅设计”的下一步设计工作提供了较好的依据。采用这种优化技术,可以缩短离心泵设计周期,提高设计质量。该优化技术也可推广应用于其它类似的泵类设计,为计算机自动选择较优设计参数,提供了一种较为实用的优化设计方法。
This paper introduces the mechanical optimization design technique of centrifugal auxiliary machine design, elaborates the method of establishing the mathematical model of the optimal design, briefly describes the optimization method adopted and analyzes the optimization results. The optimizer used can run on the CCS-300 microcomputer. As long as the corresponding original parameters are entered, the computer automatically selects the desired set of design parameters required for designing the centrifugal pump. This provides a good basis for the next design work of “auxiliary design” of centrifugal pump. With this optimization technique, the design cycle of the centrifugal pump can be shortened and the design quality can be improved. The optimization technique can also be applied to other similar pump designs, which provides a more practical optimization design method for the computer to automatically select the optimal design parameters.
