从2003年到现在,我既从事教学,又一直担任班主任工作。我认为班主任工作能够锻炼自己快速成长和提高工作能力,同时在繁忙工作中得到无限的快乐。作为一名教育工作者,没有做过班主任的老师是不完美的。用“燃烧自己,照亮别人”班主任与学生通过心灵交往和沟通,和学生建立起终身的师生关系,班主任就会得到永无止境的回报。回想这十年,“回想每一个学生,总结自己的工作,经历着酸甜苦辣,让学生在健康快乐中成长,自己享受着无尽的快乐和幸福,”是我十年班主任工作的最大收获。
From 2003 till now, I have been teaching as well as a teacher in charge of class. I think the class teacher’s work can exercise their rapid growth and improve their ability to work, while being infinitely happy in their busy work. As an educator, it is not perfect to have a teacher who is not a teacher in charge. With “burn themselves, light up ” teacher and student exchanges and communication through the soul, and students to establish lifelong teacher-student relationship, the class teacher will get endless reward. Recalling these ten years, “recalling every student, summing up their work, experiencing ups and downs, so that students grow healthy and happy, enjoy their own endless happiness and happiness, ” is my greatest achievement of ten years class teacher.
