Q21CBR:你怎么看过去一年民企房地产商的状况?潘石屹 :去年我到全国的中小型城市去看了一下,尤其是看一下房产公司,他们的状况确实非常不好。我觉得如果说这些企业要崩盘的话,也许去年年底就崩了盘。作为我们公司在北京和上海开发,情况比这些省会城市和二线城市要好。其实我们也很冷静地分析了一下,为什么我们比别的开发商要好一些?原因还是在为央企服务,因为央企集中在北京和上海。
Q21CBR: How did you see the status of private-owned real estate developers in the past year? Pan Shiyi: Last year I went to the small and medium-sized cities across the country to look at it, especially looking at the real estate companies. Their situation is indeed very bad. I think if these companies are going to collapse, they may have collapsed by the end of last year. As our company is developing in Beijing and Shanghai, the situation is better than these capital cities and second-tier cities. In fact, we are also very calm analysis, why are we better than other developers? The reason is still for the central enterprises, because the central enterprises in Beijing and Shanghai.
