职业道德的一个重要前提就是要建立一个普遍有效的职业环境与道德原则。物质基础与道德环境,才是师德建设普遍有效的根本前提。任何形式化或者只强调个人行为的道德建设,都将可能是不全面、不平衡、不可靠的。市场经济社会中,只有把个人与他人,自己责任感与他人赞同感,道德与财富统一起来,师德建设才能真正走得更远、更好。
An important prerequisite for professional ethics is to establish a universally effective occupational environment and ethical principles. The material foundation and the moral environment are the basic prerequisites for building universally effective teachers. Any moral construction that formalizes or emphasizes only individual behavior may not be comprehensive, unbalanced, or unreliable. In a market economy and society, only by integrating individual and others, one’s own sense of responsibility and the approval of others and the unity of morality and wealth, the construction of teachers’ morality can really go further and better.
