When the failure phenomenon enters M, it shows that “TG GC initialization failed.” The failure code is T61, and the hardware cannot be reset. The decoding is the mid-bed support (abbr. I.S.). The A/D conversion exceeds the maximum allowable value. Analysis and overhaul are shown in Figure 1. Various position signals of the bed, scanner, and bulb temperature signal are all converted by the A/D converter on the TG GC I/O board. There is an analog multiplexer at the input of the A/D converter. Under the control signal, any one of the eight signals can be selected for A/D conversion. Since the trouble code prompts the problem of the analog to digital converter, the A/D converter itself is first checked using the calibration signal. As a result, both the offset and gain are normal. Look again at I. S. The A/D conversion output of the position signal is performed by turning the “monitor”, “mode” and “function” three switches of the diagnostic board downward. Number
