研制的氮基可控气氛连续钎焊炉,成功地解决了钢质零件的铜钎焊问题。该成套设备采用了较氨分解气及液化石油气等可燃性气体更安全可靠,且成本低廉的氮基气氛,因该气氛中有连续可调的2%~12%活性气氛(CO+H2)具有还原性,所以不用钎剂即可实现无氧化焊接。炉的传送系统采用推舟机构,克服了网带型传送机构成本高,调整困难,易出故障的缺点,因此,是一套既符合我国国情,又具有发展前途的新型钎焊设备
Developed nitrogen-controlled atmosphere continuous brazing furnace, successfully solved the copper brazing of steel parts. The plant uses a more secure and cost-effective nitrogen-based atmosphere than flammable gases such as ammonia and liquefied petroleum gas because of the continuously adjustable 2% to 12% active atmosphere (CO + H2) in the atmosphere Therefore, there is no need for flux to achieve non-oxidative welding. The conveyer system of the furnace adopts the pusher mechanism to overcome the shortcomings of high cost, difficult adjustment and easy failure of the mesh belt type transmission mechanism. Therefore, it is a new type of brazing equipment which meets the national conditions of our country and has a promising future
