目的了解玉林市婚前人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)检测状况,为HIV感染防治措施的制定提供依据。方法对2012年玉林市婚前HIV检测资料进行回顾性分析,统计玉林市婚前男女HIV感染率。结果 2012年玉林市110 135名婚前男女接受HIV检测,HIV感染确诊为37名,HIV感染率为0.34‰,其中,男性HIV感染率为0.42‰,女性HIV感染率为0.25‰。结论玉林市HIV感染率较低,仍要加强婚前医学检查早发现早治疗,加强艾滋病公益宣传教育和行为干预预防工作。
Objective To understand the detection status of prenatal human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in Yulin City and provide evidence for the prevention and treatment of HIV infection. Methods Retrospective analysis of pre-marital HIV testing data in Yulin City in 2012 was conducted, and the prevalence of HIV infection among men and women before marriage was calculated. Results In 2012, 110,135 premarital men and women in Yulin City were tested for HIV. HIV infection was confirmed as 37 and the HIV infection rate was 0.34 ‰. Among them, the HIV prevalence rate was 0.42 ‰ in males and 0.25 ‰ in females. Conclusion Yulin HIV infection rate is low, we still need to strengthen the pre-marital medical examination early detection and treatment, HIV / AIDS prevention and treatment to strengthen publicity and education and behavioral interventions.
