在我国,国有企业重组已经探索了多年,既有理论的也有实践的。随着国有企业改革的不断深化,国有企业管理重组在国有企业改革方面所起的也日益凸显。本论文首先给出了公司重组与管理重组的含义和内容,分析了中国国有企业管理重组现实背景,指出中国国有企业的管理重组是在面临严峻挑战的背景下不断深化的。强调管理重组意义的命题早在上世纪九十年代中期就已提出,但是,在今天国有企业调整日益深化的背景下,尤其具有其重要的理论意义和现实意义。
In our country, the reorganization of state-owned enterprises has been explored for many years, both in theory and in practice. With the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises, the management restructuring of state-owned enterprises has also become increasingly prominent in the reform of state-owned enterprises. This paper first gives the meaning and content of corporate restructuring and management restructuring, analyzes the background of management restructuring of Chinese state-owned enterprises, and points out that the management restructuring of Chinese state-owned enterprises is deepening under the background of severe challenges. Propositions emphasizing the importance of management and restructuring have been proposed as early as the mid-1990s. However, with the increasingly deepened readjustment of state-owned enterprises today, it has its important theoretical and practical significance.
