为了探明褐稻虱吸食规律,我们于1981年系统地进行褐稻虱吸食数量与温度、湿度关系的研究。 (一)材料与方法将不同时期培育的“双丰一号”,带土移栽于φ16厘米,高20厘米的水稻钵内。待活棵后,分期放在650×500×650(mm)~3的有机玻璃光合室内。采用卡尔文循环装置,利用光合作用生物合成标记有~(14)C的水稻植株。每次Na_2~(14)CO_3的总剂量为90微居里,将标记有~(14)C的水稻植株培植备用。在取样测定褐稻虱吸食部位(离地面10厘米)的水稻植株放射性强
In order to ascertain the smoking habits of brown planthopper, we systematically studied the relationship between the number of brown planthopper ingestion and temperature and humidity in 1981. (A) Materials and Methods “Shuangfeng No. 1” cultivated in different periods was planted in a rice bowl with a diameter of 16cm and a height of 20cm. To live after the tree, staged on a 650 × 500 × 650 (mm) ~ 3 plexiglass photosynthetic chamber. Using Calvin cycle apparatus, photosynthesis of rice plants labeled with ~ (14) C were biosynthesized.
