浙江省近 2 0年的经济增长取得了十分引人注目的成绩 ,原因有许多。其中非国有经济成分的作用为大家所肯定。但是如果能从数量分析的角度具体说明这一作用 ,将使我们对这一问题的认识更具体。本文以 1978— 1998年的数据为基础 ,分析了所有制结构变革对浙江工业经济增长的作用 ,证明了浙江省经济发展的主要动力之一是 :非国有经济的超常发展引起了资源从国有经济领域向非国有经济领域的流动 ,由此带来了资源配置效率的提高 ,推动了经济增长
The economic growth in Zhejiang Province in recent 20 years has made a very remarkable achievement for many reasons. The role of non-state-owned economic sectors is affirmed by everyone. But a detailed explanation of this role from the point of view of quantitative analysis will make our understanding of this issue more concrete. Based on the data of 1978-1998, this paper analyzes the effect of ownership structure reform on industrial economic growth in Zhejiang Province and proves that one of the major driving forces of economic development in Zhejiang Province is that the extraordinary development of non-state-owned economy has caused the transformation of resources from the state-owned economy The flow to the non-state-owned economy has led to an increase in the efficiency of resource allocation and economic growth
