当前,国有企业的改革和发展正处在一个关键时期。企业的宣传思想工作要为生产经营、改革发展和社区稳定提供精神动力、智力支持、思想保证和良好的舆论环境,任务十分艰巨。要完成这一任务,重要的是增强企业宣传思想工作的说服力。对此,笔者思考有四: 一、理论学习求“深” 抓好党的基本理论的学习,是企业宣传思想工作的一项根本任务,是增强企业宣传思想工作说服力的关键所在。理论学习要在以下三个方面不断深化。 第一,要深化思想认识。现在,企业理论学习的空气不浓,不重视理论学习的原因,主要是思想认识问题。有的职工一是认为现在的工作重点是经济建设,学专业知识技术和管理知识就行了;二是认为企业最终的目的是追求经济效益。只要把生产经营搞好、把效益搞上去就行了;三是对党的基本理论的重大意义和历史地位缺乏深刻的认识。因此必须解决认识上的问题,要讲政治与经济、理论与实践的关系,引导职工提高对理论学习重要性认识,变“要我学”为“我要学”。 第二,要深化学习内容。学习邓小平理论,不能满足于通读《邓小平文选》,而要在此基础上分专题研究,力求完整准确地掌握建设有中国特色社会主义理论的科学体系和精神实质。同时,要坚持理论联系实际的学风,密切联系企业改革、发展的实际,向着指?
