测定了101例甲状腺病患者3、24h131I摄取率和30min9mTc摄取率,还测定了22例甲状腺正常者30min99mTc摄取率.结果是甲状腺正常的30min摄99mTc率为3.73±1.56;摄99mTc率在正常值以上的患者,其摄99mTc率与摄131I率的临床符合率为82.4%.在正常值以下的患者,其摄99mTc率与摄131I率的临床符合率为91.3%.在正常值范围的患者其摄99mTc率与摄131I率的临床符合率为88.5%。研究表明.摄99mTc率诊断甲状腺功能比摄131I率更方便。
The determination of 3,24h131I uptake rate and 30min9mTc uptake rate in 101 patients with thyroid disease were measured, and the uptake rate of 99mTc in 30 patients with normal thyroid gland was also measured. The result showed that the 99mTc rate of normal thyroid gland was 3.73 ± 1.56 at 30min; the clinical coincidence rate of 99mTc and the 131I rate was 82.4% in patients with 99mTc above normal. In patients below the normal value, its 99mTc rate and 131I rate of clinical compliance was 91.3%. The clinical coincidence rate of 99m Tc and 131I in patients with normal range was 88.5%. research shows. 99mTc rate of diagnosis of thyroid function than 131I rate more convenient.
