Since 2000, the forestry industry in northeastern China has taken the korean pine seed industry as its preferred project to promote regional economic development and mountain farmers’ richness. Various measures are being taken to increase investment and make large-scale production of korean pine and wood for forestry. In particular, Korean pine seed or seed orchard, but also achieved significant economic and social benefits. However, in the development of Korean pine seed industry, especially in the construction and management of Korean pine seed plantation, some afforestation and operating units or individuals only emphasize the development scale of Korean pine industry
