当前 ,全国高等教育迅速发展 ,社会生活、高校教师队伍人员的结构、思想观念、学生的基本状况均发生着较大的变化 ,出现了新情况和新问题。高校必须坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导 ,高扬教书育人的旗帜 ,保证教育质量 ,培养合格的人才。
At present, the rapid development of the national higher education in our country has brought about major changes in the structure, ideological concepts and basic conditions of the students in the social life, the ranks of university teachers, and new situations and new problems have emerged. Colleges and universities must adhere to the important thought of “Three Represents” as guidance, promote the banner of teaching and educating people, ensure the quality of education, and train qualified personnel.
