新年刚过,小李就背着大包小包到成都火车站排队买票,准备回到东莞继续他的打工生活。还没走到售票窗口,他就发现很多企业在火车站设立的临时招聘点,这些招聘点专门招收有工作经验又家在本地的务工人员。小李抱着试试看的心态前去询问,没想到不但自己完全符合用工单位的要求,待遇还提高了将近50%。兴奋的小李当即和用工单位签订了劳动合同,留在了成都。与小李遇到相同情况的打工者不在少数,家住德阳的小王夫妻俩也在成都火车站找到了满意的工作,不再回广东了。他们告诉记者,如今家乡的生活比过去好了很多,能留在四川,免于长途奔波又可以经常看望在家父母,钱不少挣,还能照顾孩子,当然是一件愉快的事。就在小李这样的农民工在返回途中“被劫”的同时,广东、浙江等沿海发达省份都以政府组团的形式到广西、重庆、四川等地招工,尽管多数招工企业都提高了用工待遇,但成果并不如意。
