产妇 34岁,孕2产1,妊娠39~(+4)周。于1989年4月27日因双胎、下肢浮肿入院。末次月经1988年7月20日,预产期1989年4月30日。入院检查:血压130/90,下肢浮肿,尿蛋白(+)。腹围107cm,宫高40cm。胎心分别为140、132次,其中一胎头已入盆。骨盆外测量径线均正常。B 超检查确诊为双胎,左头右臀位。肛查:宫颈消70%,软,居中,宫口指尖,先露头,棘上2cm,胎膜未破,骨盆内诊未见异常。X
