为了有效弱化煤矿难冒落坚硬顶板,基于水力压裂原理,研发了煤矿坚硬顶板水力压裂装备,该装备主要包括高压水泵、切槽钻头以及其他辅助装置。对水力压裂装备进行了工业性试验,试验结果表明:水力压裂形成的裂缝主要受水压、地应力场、岩层物理力学特征及钻孔方位的影响,水力压裂可以在岩层中形成有效裂隙,使岩层裂隙带贯通,从而降低了顶板强度,使顶板分次垮落,有效减小了顶板对支架的冲击作用。
In order to effectively weaken the hard roof of the coal mine, based on the principle of hydraulic fracturing, a hydraulic roof fracturing equipment for coal mine has been developed. The equipment mainly includes high pressure water pump, grooving bit and other auxiliary devices. The industrial tests on hydraulic fracturing equipment are carried out. The experimental results show that the fractures formed by hydraulic fracturing are mainly affected by water pressure, ground stress field, physical and mechanical characteristics of rock strata and drilling azimuth. Hydraulic fracturing can be effectively formed in rock strata Fissures, so that rock fissure zone through, thereby reducing the strength of the roof, so that the roof collapse sub-level, effectively reducing the roof on the impact of the role of the stent.
