2012年,中电联技能鉴定与教育培训中心(以下简称鉴教中心)确定了以行业职业技能鉴定业务为核心和工作抓手,并与行业人才教育培训业务有机结合的工作主线,形成“夯实基础、强化管理、提高质量、创新方式”的共识,确立了中期工作目标:2～3年内健全完善新形势下行业职业技能鉴定、竞赛工作体系和系列管理制度、修编行业标准,推进行业职业技能鉴定考评网络化平台,形成行业教育培训协作交流工作体系,提升鉴教中心核心业务的行业工作权威性,扩大工作影响力。
