目的监测河北省不同地区蚊虫种群构成及季节消长情况,为有效地开展蚊虫防制工作提供科学依据。方法人工小时法及诱蚊灯法。结果共捕获蚊虫3属6种,其中淡色库蚊为优势蚊种,占85.34%。一般人类活动较多的居民区、公园等以淡色库蚊为主,牲畜棚则以三带喙库蚊和中华按蚊居多。采用诱蚊灯法和人工小时法监测蚊虫密度,高峰期均出现在7-9月,8月为全年最高峰,密度分别达10.33只(/灯·h)和16.06只/人工小时;诱蚊灯法监测蚊虫的平均密度为5.69只(/灯·h),人工小时法为7.56只/人工小时。结论淡色库蚊、白纹伊蚊、三带喙库蚊、中华按蚊是河北省重点防制蚊种。
Objective To monitor the population structure and seasonal fluctuation of mosquitoes in different areas of Hebei Province, and to provide a scientific basis for the effective prevention and control of mosquitoes. Methods artificial hour method and mosquito lamp method. Results A total of 6 mosquitoes were found in 3 genera, of which Culex pipiens pallens were dominant mosquito species, accounting for 85.34%. Most of the human activities inhabited by residential areas, parks and other mainly Culex pipiens pallets, livestock shed is Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles sinensis most. The density of mosquitoes was monitored by the method of trapping mosquito and artificial hour, the peak appeared in July-September, the highest in August, the density was 10.33 (/ lamp · h) and 16.06 / artificial hour respectively Mosquito lamp method to monitor mosquito average density of 5.69 (/ lamp · h), artificial hour method for 7.56 / man hours. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens, Aedes albopictus, Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Anopheles sinensis are the major control mosquito species in Hebei Province.
