在过去若干年里,锻造技术着重在改进锻造方法,生产出斜度小或无斜度、机加工量小的、没有飞边的锻件来。汽车设计人员有必要了解最新的锻造生产技术。本文介绍几种锻造新技术和新设备。一、粉末烧结热锻造这种锻造方法是首先将粉末烧结成雏形,然后一次热锻成型。烧结雏形锻件的尺寸精度很高,不需要再进行机加工。这种锻造方法可以节约材料,可以精确地控制锻件重量。普通的烧结件,密度和强度都较低,而粉末烧结锻件密度很高,其机械性能可与最好的锻件媲美。另外,锻件本身各个方向上的强度均匀一致。
In the past few years, forging technology has focused on improving forging methods to produce forgings with little or no inclination and small machining allowances without flash. Automotive designers need to understand the latest forging production technology. This article describes several forging new technologies and new equipment. First, the powder sintered hot forging This forging method is the first sintering of the powder into a prototype, and then a hot forging molding. Sintered prototype forgings of high dimensional accuracy, do not need to be machined. This forging method saves material and allows precise control of the forging weight.
