商办工业失败的教训不少,有的问题还比较严重。尤其表现在新上项目上,缺乏科学考察论证,忽视可行性研究,盲目投资现象较为突出,项目准确度低,经济损失大.从廊坊市供销系统新上的50个项目看,项目可行、基本可行的14个,占28%;项目一般,多属于老技术生产一般产品的20个,占40%;项目不可行,盲目决策造成经济损失的16个,占32%。这部分企业多是投资较多、规模较大、亏损持续时间长、亏损金额大,它们已成了供销社的沉重包袱。
There have been many lessons in the failure of the business-run industry. Some problems are still serious. Especially in new projects, lack of scientific investigation and argumentation, neglect of feasibility studies, blind investment phenomenon is more prominent, the project accuracy is low, and economic losses are large. From the 50 new projects on the supply and marketing system of Langfang City, the project is feasible and basic. There are 14 feasible ones, accounting for 28% of the total; the average number of projects is 20, accounting for 40% of the average number of products produced by the old technology; the project is not feasible, and 16 of the economic losses caused by blind decisions are 32%. Most of these companies are more investment, large-scale, long-lasting losses and large losses, and they have become a heavy burden for the supply and marketing cooperatives.
